FREE RETURNS WORLDWIDE

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All Products can be Returned & Exchanged as long as they have not been worn. All original tags must be on the products. You have 30 days to Return or Exchange products.

 

FAULTY ITEM

We are sorry to hear that the item received is faulty. We will process your return even before we have received the product back. As long as you use our online return service.

 

CHANGE MY ORDER

You can cancel, change a single product or the whole of your order. Its easy, email orders@arabelladicanti.co.uk

 

EXCHANGE MY ITEM

If you would simply like to exchange your product, please email orders@arabelladicanti.co.uk. We will then contact you and make arrangements to have your order amended.

 

REFUND

All refunds including the delivery costs will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of the item. If it is a faulty item, the return or exchange will be processed as soon as the online return is created, and the product is dropped off to 1 of the 7,000 locations.

It can take up 14 working days to clear back onto the payment method you used to make the purchase. In most cases refund does show up with 7 working days.

 

HOW TO RETURN MY ITEM

All Returns in the United Kingdom, Europe/Worldwide are free of charge and can be done by both of the methods below.

Returns for Europe / Worldwide, please follow step 2 and complete a returns form. You will then need to send your item back via a registered service. You will be refunded for your item within 14 working days of receipt of your goods.

We recommend you use Collect Plus because:

  • Its Free, we have already paid your return charges.
  • Return through your local Collect+ store in over 7,000 locations
  • No printer required, simply create a barcode by clicking the link and follow the instructions 
  • Open 7 days a week, early until late

As soon as we receive the returned goods they will be examined, and we will notify you by email of a refund as soon as possible.
